Returns

We want you to love your nemo Baby Bag as much as we do, but in the case that you need to return it you may do so within 14 days of delivery date. The item must be in brand new condition and in original packaging.

You will bear the cost of returning the goods and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.


Please contact us at nemobabybag@gmail.com for instructions on how your nemo Baby Bag can be returned to us.

Addtional details:

Once we receive the goods back in their original resaleable condition, we’ll reimburse you within 14 days less the cost of postage. You are liable for the post and packaging costs and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount (this includes orders where free or subsidised postage are applied).

 We advise that you use tracked delivery for returns as we cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned goods. 


Note: Any orders received after 14 days will not be processed through our returns system.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Our product is quality checked before dispatch. Please inspect your order on delivery and if there is an issue contact us at nemobabybag@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be accepted for return.

In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged we will make arrangements for a full refund, or a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning.


We will exchange or refund goods within 14 days of receiving returns. Please note there can be a processing time on card refunds depending on which card provider has been used.
